Tom is a Flash platform specialist with 8 years experience developing transactional flash client applications. Prior to joining QuickThink media, he had been head of the flash technology team at Gamesys Ltd and for 2 years was responsible for the architecture of the award-winning bingo client software used on some of the largest UK Gaming sites including Jackpotjoy.com and Sunbingo.co.uk.

David has experience working with both large blue chip organisations such as Hewlett Packard and Vodafone and small start-up enterprises. For four years prior to co-founding QuickThink media he worked as an independent consultant for mobile telecoms technology companies throughout Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas. In this capacity he has been responsible for the design and development of global enterprise solutions with a focus on server side application architecture.

A proven operator of commercial gaming venues, Simon delivered record double digit footfall and operating profit growth in some of the biggest retail Bingo clubs in the UK for Mecca Bingo, winning him the title of 'manager of the year' in 2006. He then became the head of Bingo for Ladbrokes. With responsibility for the online bingo product and its commercial success, Simon delivered record gross win and player numbers.
